2. Membership Terms
Membership Model: GetOdesy operates a membership-based service for access to solar panel systems. By subscribing to our membership, you gain the right to benefit from a solar energy system during the membership term.
Payment Obligations: Membership fees are due as specified in your membership agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
Non-Refundable First Payment: The first payment is non-refundable to cover operational costs associated with offering the services. This fee is used to conduct an initial assessment of your property, known as a site survey. The site survey evaluates the property's condition, including the roof structure, electrical systems, and home type, to ensure suitability for solar installation. A detailed site report will be sent to the customer upon completion of this assessment.
Membership Billing Start Date: Your membership will begin to be billed only after the installation of the solar panel system has been completed.
Cancellation Policy: If the membership is canceled before the term of the agreement ends, you are required to pay the remaining balance for the entire membership term to GetOdesy.
No Ownership or Responsibility: GetOdesy does not own or maintain the solar panel systems provided through the membership. We are not responsible for the performance, maintenance, or any damages related to the system.
Material Availability: The delivered proposal may change depending on the availability of materials such as panels and inverters. Your signature on the agreement remains valid for these changes provided they are not major changes.
Third-Party Providers: The solar panel systems are managed and maintained by third-party providers. Any issues or disputes regarding the systems must be addressed directly with the provider.
